A Little about Myself!

Hello everyone,

My Name is Mashoor Al Ahammed. I am currently a high school junior interested in sharing my experiences with the world so more people can get to know me. Life has always been a roller-coaster ride for me. I have lived in three countries: United Arab Emirates, India, and The United States of America. This experience helped me develop and grow as a person and gain a lot of understanding about the way different societies teach and learn science. My time in these countries have also given me exposure to different cultures and ways of life, and I feel that I could confidently communicate with people from any background or culture. I believe that developing my leadership and social engagement skills are as important as developing academic knowledge, and this has made me concentrate on focusing myself equally in academics and extracurricular activities. My dedication and commitment have helped me balance both these aspects of school life properly, and my tendency to push myself beyond limits has led me to improve my participation in extracurricular activities with each passing semester. I have always dreamed of excelling in science. It is my lifelong dream to be a doctor, and this goal has served as my motivation to work harder in my classes. I have always focused on academic excellence throughout my school years, and the subject of science has always been high on my priority list. I have loved science so much that in addition to focusing on things taught at school, I have always tried to expand my knowledge in science by reading numerous scientific theories and science articles. I believe that this eagerness for knowledge in science, and my experience with different cultures has helped me grow as a person and improve my leadership skills to become a person that strives for the improvement of themselves and the people around them.
